In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day tasks related to organizing tours and private experiences. You will serve as the main point of contact for hotels, venue providers, transport and logistics companies, and other vendors we work with in Montenegro and abroad.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks without missing details. You should be comfortable with modern technology and capable of working with business tools and CRM systems.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the tourism industry
• Fluent English and Serbian (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Tech-savvy and familiar with modern digital tools

Location:
This role allows for remote work, with part-time presence in Tivat (Montenegro) or Belgrade (Serbia). Full-time relocation is possible and can be discussed individually.
